Products

All items are handmade in small quantities. Because each product is handmade, slight variations in colour, fabric pattern placement, or finishing may occur. These differences are not considered defects.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Vanessa May Designs reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Payments are currently accepted via Vipps. Payment must be completed before items are shipped.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Norway. Processing time is usually 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
